Our Mission is to provide an opportunity to learn and participate in teaching life skills of self reliance for people of all backgrounds and ages in the community.

Mpower Center is a non-profit organization whose goals are to teach people to be self-reliant through Hands-on classes, workshops and seminars open to the public of all ages teaching the following:

Woodshop- Food- Kitchen- Gardening -Aquaponics and Urban gardening- Vermiculture -Composting -Animal Husbandry -Apiary and on the list to actualize after we accomplish those are: *Solar *Medicinal Herbs *Rocks *Life Skills *Art *Automobile *Retail Store *Café

We are looking for people that have expertise in any of these areas to join with us to develop this center. As you can see, our center has the capability of making a phenomenal difference in our community.

Would you like to serve as a volunteer, board member, teach, take a class, and or share your knowledge regarding infrastructure and ongoing actualization of our venture? Do you have extra land eligible for growing vegetables or room for goats or a space where people can learn a trade? Even money will help. We are in the process of becoming a 501c non-profit organization. Participants of all ages are welcome to join MPower Center, but all meetings should be considered adult only as we will have events scheduled for the younger set to participate in the future.
